About the Origin Hambela Bulliye is the processing mill, located in the Guji region of Ethiopia. It is run by Kedir and Esmael Hassan, and in previous years we have carried coffee from their Hambela Dabaye mill. Bulliye recieves coffee from around 200 farmers. It produces only natural process coffee and is located at an elevation of 2,150-2,200 masl. This high elevation, coupled with low direct sunlight on the drying beds, causes the beans to dry slowly over 3-4 weeks.
