About the farm: Kayon Mountain is located in the southern Guji zone of Ethiopia, near shakiso. The farm is owned and operated by the family of Ismael Hassen. It is located between the towns of Taaroo and Sewana and their coffees are designated with lot names that represent which side of the farm they are from. This lot is from the Taaroo side (pronounced taro). The farm grows distinct, local varities of coffee. They have their own wet and drying mill onsite and are able to personally oversee quality control prior to export.
